THE MENU...
Composed of a diversity of dishes inspired by the Italian cuisine, but always with our Algarvian touch, and made with fresh and quality ingredients.
The stars of our menu are, without a doubt, the burratas and the pizzas. But we have something for all tastes, keeping the focus on traditional Italian ingredients – such as mozzarella fior di latte, San Daniele prosciutto or homemade potato gnochis – and also on typical Algarvian ingredients – such as dried fig and ‘muxama’ (cured tuna).
Forno Nero is a restaurant of contemporary and Mediterranean food inspired by Italian cuisine, but without ever forgetting the Portuguese and Algarvian roots!

Forno Nero was designed with the aim of enriching the already rich gastronomic heritage of the Algarve capital, which is now beginning to be (re)discovered for its unparalleled beauty and history!
